Sports Mouthguards

If you play a contact sport, it is recommended that you wear a mouthguard at all times.

The dental injuries that can occur without protection to the teeth are severe and so can require years of extensive (and expensive) treatment. While pharmacies usually stock plastic mouthguards which can be softened in hot water and moulded to fit your teeth, these often fit poorly and therefore don’t give you the level of whole-mouth protection you need.
